If you receive your package damaged or your product has a quality issue, you need to contact us within 24h at email@example.com
You may either return your purchased product to us for a full refund or we will send you another product at our cost and you can keep the old one. Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
You can expect your package to arrive in 15-40days (depending on the destination country). Due to 'virus problem' delay in transport is possible, but we guarantee that package will arrive or you'll receive refund. Local tax is customer responsibility, usually there's no any, but we ship worldwide, so we can't guarantee for all the countries. If your order is delayed, contact us, it's probably in your local post office.
By placing an order in our store you agree to our refund policy.
